FISHING:
To sign "fishing" just mime the act of casting a line:


Do you like fishing?

FISH:  "seafood"
The sign for "fish" is generally done by using a flat hand wiggling in the water as if it were a fish. Move the hand forward a couple inches as you do this sign.
