Brief  bio for introductions

Dr. Bill Vicars is an international presenter and educator who has taught ASL and Deaf Studies for over 25 years including semester-long courses regarding Deaf Studies and visual language linguistics as well as 10-day "Train the Trainer" workshops.  He has conducted numerous ASL immersion boot-camps, excursions, and accelerated courses.  He coordinated and taught in the ASL and Deaf Studies program at Sacramento State University as a full-time, tenured, full-professor for many years and is currently the director of Lifeprint Institute and the online resource "ASL University."  He recently developed a 12,000 video clip to an online "Sign Bank."  He is also a YouTube creator and his channel has over ten million views and more than 100,000 subscribers.
