WHOOP-WHOOP: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "whoop whoop"

Question:  How do you sign "whoop whoop"?

Response:  An approach to "whoop whoop" is to hold your hands above your head, palms facing up, fingers spread and pointing backward and then you raise your hands a few inches, lower them a few inches, and raise them a few inches with an excited (somewhat dorky) facial expression.
