RUN-OUT-OF: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "run out of / deplete"
The sign for RUN OUT OF / DEPLETE is shown by the non-dominant hand either being palm up or palm down and the dominant handshape is open on the non-dominant palm and then the hand moves off the non-dominant palm and ends with "S" handshape.
