1/8th Tsp Salt: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "1/8th teaspoon (tsp) salt"
1/8th: The number 1 is shown then the hand moves downward and changes into an 8 to show the fraction. (Imagine the 1 on top then move your hand down slightly for the 8 on the bottom, similar to how fractions have a number above and below the horizontal line.)

SALT: There are a few different versions for the sign SALT. The one shown below is the fluttering fingers version. See: SALT
