"How do you differentiate employer and employee?"
Response:
Employer is generally signed as BOSS
Employer is never signed as WORKER.
Employer means someone in a higher position, someone who does the hiring or
oversees the management of employees.
If you employer is one person then a good sign would be BOSS.
Other options include: MANAGER or SUPERVISOR (depending on the specific role of
the person).
In some circumstances the concept of "employer" might be signed as COMPANY or even the specific name of the company.
Employee = WORKER.
