The concept of having "bad credit" can be expressed and/or discussed in American Sign Language via a combination of the following signs:
BADBANK
BORROW
CAN'T
CREDIT
NONE
To express the concept of "I have bad credit" or you can sign such phrases as:
"I CAN'T BORROW MONEY"
"BANK WON'T LEND-to-me MONEY."
Notes:
You could even sign "I NONE CREDIT" but having "no" credit isn't the same thing as having "bad" credit. The phrase "I have bad credit" implies that you have a history of (or at least once in the past) borrowing money and not paying it back. A young person who has never taken out a loan may have "no credit" without having "bad" credit.
