Note:  Workshops for 2008 are still being developed, but here are some of our previous workshops.
Note: Note:  Will invite Nikki Horrell-Schmitz on the 2008 expedition .to do a workshop on:  Maps, Directions, & Travel.

Alfredo:  This was an amazing evening with one of the greatest storytellers you'll ever meet.  He kept us spellbound talking about, "WHEELS!  Yes, that's right: everything you ever wanted to know about "ricing out your ride" with the "baddest" wheels on the planet earth.  You would not believe it unless you were there.  Literally it was a feast for the eyes and an amazing display of "classifier" skills.

Geiger, Erika and Merino, Monica:  Yin and Yang.  These two are amazing opposites. Who would think that fire and water could get along so well.  These two put together a scavenger hunt that was really fun.

Horrell, Richard: History / Political Science:  Are you a democrat or a republican.  Why?  Now defend your position in ASL!

Park, Jin: Star Wars meets Indy 500:  Again, you would have to be there!  Jin comes from Korea.  His ASL is free from English undertones.  He delivers awesome visual storytelling in which the concepts are painted on a canvas of air.

Park, Lynda: Prosody and the art of Sign to Voice (Friday morning voice-available workshop).

Vicars, Belinda:  ASL Pragmatics: Searching for Meaning

Vicars, William:  A Lexicographer's guide to advanced interpreting
