Below is an example of a syllabus for a college course. Each semester I change my syllabus and since this one was done many years ago, my current syllabus looks quite a bit different. But I'm posting this syllabus here for what it is worth.

Make-ups:  No makeup tests on the daily quizzes. Midterm, and final may be made up with an obituary of a relative, or a note from your medical professional or school administrator.
