American Sign Language students, instructors, interpreters, and parents of
deaf children. It started as an online ASL class taught by Dr.
Bill Vicars, an Assistant Professor of ASL and Deaf Studies at California
State University - Sacramento.

This site is under constant
development. Signs and information are added almost everyday. If
the sign you are looking for is not here currently, it will be "soon."
(The extended dictionary is scheduled for completion in August of this
summer.) If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to sponsor the
addition of your desired sign to
the website using the
donate page
and I will post that sign for you within 24 hours or so of receiving the
request. This helps ASLU grow and also stay free by helping to cover
the cost of bandwidth. Or just wait and eventually the sign will be
posted.
